This journey will guide you through our signature formula called Sacred Breathwork. It weaves together rhythmic breathing, breath retentions, energetic calibration through lightwork, shamanic healing. 

This combination helps your body activate and release DMT in the brain, a chemical component to help you connect to the „Sacred“. Through a series of active breath cycles—inhaling through the nose and exhaling out the mouth—you’ll be guided into altered yet natural states of consciousness.

Before and after each breath cycle, there will be a breath retention, where you’ll be guided to hold the breath in for 15 - 20 seconds, and out for 45 seconds up to 2 minutes. I will guide you actively to hold the breath out and remain in the space between the breath—a sacred portal to the subconscious, to divine guidance, and to deep inner peace. You may feel tingling in your hands or feet, waves of emotion, or energy moving through your body (heat or cold sensations). This is completely natural. Let it move through. Trust your breath and stay with the rhytm as much as possible.

If any traumatic experiences present themselves in your inner eye, stay with the breath and let it carry you through the visions. Remember, your breath is your best friend, the one that has been with you since the day you came to Earth. 

Before we start, I want to clarify some important safety considerations:

If you are currently pregnant, or if you live with conditions such as epilepsy, asthma, severe heart issues, high blood pressure, chronic lung conditions, or recent surgeries around the chest or heart, I lovingly invite you to choose a softer practice today. This session isn't suited for you, and a more mellow meditative practice would serve you more.

Your breath is your guide. Nothing should ever feel forced.

If you’re feeling emotionally tender, or if you’re moving through grief, trauma, or high sensitivity, please honor where you are at today. You can always soften the breath or take breaks from the rhytm.

The sacred meets us where we are.

At the end of each breath cycle, I guide you to take a deep inhale and hold the breath in. During that time, you have the option to engage the Mula Bandha—a gentle contraction of the space between your sex organs and your anus.

This energetic lock helps direct the breath upward through your energy centers, activating your life force, and enhancing the DMT release. If you‘re working through emotional release or feel the need to keep things gentle today, you can absolutely skip the Mula Bandha. Either way, your journey will be held and guided by your own breath and spirit.
