WHAT IS SACRED BREATHWORK?Â
Sacred Breathwork is a profound modality for emotional release, trauma healing, and spiritual awakening. Through conscious, rhythmic breathing, and intentional breath-pauses, you activate the body’s innate intelligence and open channels for prana (lifeforce) to move freely.
This training teaches you to safely guide others into deep journeys of self-discovery, nervous system regulation, and higher-self awareness — unlocking the natural medicines within.
